Tailor design packages to meet Builders' needs, focusing on incremental upgrades that align with current trends and consumer preferences.

Design Procurement and Assembly:

Design, procure, and assemble Design Packages or Standard material boards for use in Builders' sales offices. • Presentation Development: Develop presentations for

Showroom Design and Planning:

Assist in showroom design and spatial planning, in collaboration with or without a design firm, to align with sales strategies in designing new displays and studio spaces.

Presentation Development:

Develop presentations for Sales, Construction, and Design Studio based on their included and upgrade Features and Specifications.

Product Offerings & Sales Tools:

Curate a range of product offerings and sales tools for various materials such as Cabinets, Countertops, Closets, Window Coverings, and Hardware.

Model Home Colorization:

Coordinate the colorization of Model Homes for all hard surface materials, including cabinets, flooring, countertops, tile surroundings, and closet designs.

Product Consultation:

Collaborate with the Builder, Builders' Purchasing Department, or Design Company to suggest standard and upgraded product options.

Product Optimization:

Streamline product offerings to optimize the upgrade process efficiently.

Document Review:

Review and Audit documents across departments to ensure accuracy in materials and initial packages sent out to the field, sales, and home buyers.

Leadership Guidance:

Provide guidance and counsel to the Leadership team to continuously improve operations in each department.

Task and Project Management:

Organize and supervise specific tasks and projects for the Home Builder or Design Company.

Process Optimization:

Establish templates, design processes, and streamline workflows to boost productivity and construction timelines.

Staff Training:

Provide staff training (purchasing, sales, design, construction) on the features and functionalities of the option system, acting as a troubleshooting resource for system-related issues.

Sales Training:

Conduct group and individual sales training for Design, Sales, and Construction staff on products, materials, and systems.

Vendor Management:

Manage vendor agreements and contracts, assisting in negotiations and seeking favorable terms from vendors.

Home Builder Liaison:

Serve as a liaison between the builder and online Design Studio platforms to confirm that the online program aligns with current offerings, images, and materials in accordance with the Builder's offerings. Submit update requests on behalf of the Builder or Design showroom as needed.
